St. Louis Zoo

Last Wednesday I took the train down to St. Louis to see a friend. Myself and my friend went to the St. Louis Zoo. It was a wonderful day even though there was a light rain coming down while we walked the zoo, but we didn't let that bother us.

Something for everyone to keep in mind. We need to realize that we have good people in our lives and we need to cherish them and let them know and show them what they mean to us. And then there are those who  give so many chances to the one they love hoping that they see what they mean to them and some are just are too blind to see it or too hard headed to realize what they have in front of them and continue to take them for granted.

Giving your heart to someone who doesn't have a heart will only make you lonelier than you ever been in your life..

Most people come into your life temporarily simply to teach you something. They come and they go and they make a difference. And it’s OK that they’re not in your life anymore. Not all relationships last, but the lessons these relationships bring to you do. If you learn to open your heart and mind, anyone, including the folks who eventually drive you mad, can teach you something worthwhile. Sometimes it will feel weird when you realize you spent so much time with someone you are no longer connected to, but that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be. We all are.

It's Been Awhile~

I have been REALLY busy with work and at work that I have not really had the time to sit and update all my sites. But I am going to be posting a few picture updates from some of the shows I've been to over the last few months. Gary Allen of Grind. He is apart of an Alice In Chains tribute band. I saw 3 Years Hollow at Mojoes. It was so good to see them again. I missed these guys a lot. My dad said he could tell how happy they were to see me. The only person who was missing at this show was Dex. :( I made Jose a TMNT early birthday cake :) I went with my friend Eric to see Joan Jett And The Blackhearts with Heart. Him and I met at the Grind show. :) He's a goofball. Sorry Eric, I had to post your picture in here too. :P This was just January through March and those few months were a blast. Well, I will post another blog here soon.

Everyone likes cake right? I baked a two layer yellow cake with whipped topping in the center and chocolate icing on the outside. Topped with crumbled Reese's peanut butter cups and Reese's pieces. Reese's is his favorite candy and yellow cake is his favorite kind of cake. Happy birthday dad!

Sorry I didn't post sooner, but I had lack of sleep plus updating my Facebook, Facebook group and Photography page there does take a little time in between sleep ;) Soo the whole day was pretty awesome. I'll start this post off by sharing the show pictures. :)

My 3DG Concert Buddies

Lisa and I standing in line to get in The Pageant. We spent a good part of the day together plus after the show we were up on the rooftop of the Moonrise hotel with Barry Stock! Me, Sherry, and Lisa inside The Halo Bar waiting to get in the Pageant.Tina and I after the show in line for the guys to come out and see us. She flew up from Florida for this show. This was her first Three Days Grace show. Her and I met on Facebook in January over MDD/3DG. :)She is a big Matt fan. I was in front row the whole show and she was able to move to front row for Three Days Grace after a few people left. I got her to meet the band afterwards. She told me it was the best night of her life because of me..:)

12 Days To Go Until Three Days Grace In STL

Taking the train down to St. Louis to see Three Days Grace. A couple friends are coming up from out of state for this show. Lisa and I at the Memphis, TN show waiting to get in the Minglewood Hall. Lisa is coming up from MS. Tina is flying in from Florida for this show. Sherry is going. She lives right near by STL. Not sure if anyone else is coming yet. Most of us are staying at the Moonrise Hotel right next to The Pageant. Which is a great hotel from what I've seen. I can't wait to get on that rooftop and see the view of the whole city at night. :) I will be sure to take plenty of pictures at the show. I also plan on taking a lot of random St. Louis photography. I also plan on redoing this blog when I get back too. Stay tuned. :)

The first night of the tour and it was beyond amazing!! I was blown away. They opened with Painkiller and it was AWESOME! I'm glad I was one of almost two thousand people to hear it live for the first time.
