So, I tried on my black capris. I haven't worn these since last fall. Well, look at how many inches I lost in my stomach since then.
I owe it all to eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy, chicken..etc. Eating less sugar and drinking more water and low calorie drinks. Like smoothies, vitamin water and powerade. There was a time when I just couldn't stand drinking plain water, but I tolerate it. I'm shooting for June 1st for at least a 15 more pound weight loss. Cheers!
